Welcome to Our New Team Members!

We are thrilled to introduce the newest additions to the Heule Tool family!

Ashley Penker has joined us as a Customer Service Representative, bringing a wealth of knowledge and dedication to delivering top-notch customer experiences. With an extensive background in customer service, sales management, logistics, negotiation, operations, and account management, Ashley has a proven track record of driving exceptional results. Her experience spans banking, sales, and order processing, making her a fantastic asset to our customer service team. We are confident that Ashley will play a vital role in helping us continue to provide outstanding service to our valued customers.

Charlie Wartinger is our new Application Engineer for North American operations, reporting directly to Bill Hargrove, our North American Sales Manager. Charlie brings over six years of hands-on experience in CNC machining processes, R&D test development, and consultative engineering services. His prior experience includes working with local manufacturers to improve their processes and eight years at Makino Inc., where he supported customers, trained operators, and delivered turnkey manufacturing solutions both domestically and internationally. Charlie holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from Ohio University and will be a tremendous asset to our technical team.
